In Store Return Policy
First week you may receive a full refund with receipt and original tags attached. Items must be unworn.
Second week you may exchange or Receive store credit, receipt required for all transactions whether they be returns, exchanges or credits.
After two weeks we cannot accept any merchandise back
Sale items, handbags, crystals and bathing suits are FINAL SALE
Online Return Policy
You have 15 days from the date you receive your order to return tiems in-store or by return shipping.

A return must be approved by email conversation, we will then provide you with a shipping address. A return tracking number must be provided to us. We are not responsible for any packages until they reach us. Once we receive the item, it will be inspected. Any garments or jewelry items that show signs of being worn will not be accepted and immediately returned at the cost of the customer.
All accepted and denied returns remain at the discretion of Crystal Ray Boutique.
Return Shipping
Please consider, the customer is financially responsible for all shipping costs incurred when returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable to either party. The return tracking number must be provided in a return, as we are not responsible for any packages until they arrive to us.
